Crew Needed/Want to Crew

Hello everyone,

I am looking to join a racing crew as a beginner sailor. I have zero formal racing experience, but I am highly motivated, physically fit, and eager to learn.

Availability: Evenings and weekends.

Attitude: Leave my ego at the dock, take feedback well, and show up early.

Role: Happy to help anyway fit, do heavy lifting, or take any entry-level position.

I promise to work hard and help clean or up/down rig.
