It’s time to swim with the Sharks again!

Come join Shark Fleet #1 for a weekend of racing and good fun.

Friday evening, September 12^th you’re invited to the annual cookout and lawn sliding competition at John and Pat Perrins’.  Hot dogs, roasted corn, and beer are accompanied by the Shark's favorite side dishes and desserts.

The racing begins on Saturday, September 13^th, and concludes on Sunday, September 14^th at the Canandaigua Yacht Club, 3524 West Lake Road, Canandaigua, New York.  There will be five races with one throw out.

REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:

  • All races – mass start, trophies will be awarded three deep in the following classes:

      Shark – Formula 18 – Hobie 20 – Hobie 18 – Hobie 16 – Open Class (5 boats required for a start) —  We will also have a trophy for the overall regatta winner, based on handicapping

  • FREE camping on Yacht Club grounds – 24 hour bathrooms and showers available

  • Bagels, fresh fruit and coffee – Saturday and Sunday mornings

  • Cold Keg beer on tap after racing

  • Give away and gag prizes

  • Hot tub
