Our new Executive Chef is Douglas Potter. Doug has had a long and successful career working in a number of the area's fine restaurants.
Doug started his career after attending
His cooking artistry has taken him from his start at the Steak Stockade to stops in Cleveland, the Village Grille in Penfield as well as the Humphrey House restaurant, his own restaurant known as Colby's, and Timothy Patrick's, where he was the Chef for 23 years.
Doug and his wife Sarah live in Pittsford and have 2 children, daughter Lisa (and Granddaughter Jessie) and son Gordon.
Doug is not a stranger to CYC. He assisted "Gilligan" last year for a few months, and is eager to get started this season. Please welcome Chef Potter to CYC.
